I bought these to card almost art supplies. It says colors may extremely but they are all the same color. I thought I would be getting a bunch of different colors.. no. These are good to put a few things in but if you are packing them then I don't recomend these boxes. The lid doesn't clip shut tight enough for me, I use a rubber band to underline them just in case.

I love these pencil boxes and for the fee these were a splendid deal! Only one box does not stay shut, the others are fine. The squares on the boxes make them stackable no matter which way the boxes face and the incomprehensible affect makes it easy to see what is surrounded by the box. I received all blue boxes.

I use these with my cr?che/1st grade students. It is a great size to care for their requisites in (pencils, crayons, markers, erasers, glue, nail clippers, ear buds). When it said "colors may vary," I expected for there to be different colors within the set of 12. Nope. Just 12 blue. I was counting on having a diversity of colors, so I'm disappointed that the diction was not apparent.Other than that, the box seems fair.
